New Year Lunch Despite snow and ice, on Monday 5th January, 2026, we wrapped up warm for our return to Croham Hurst Golf Club, South Croydon, to enjoy our belated Christmas Lunch. We were served an excellent three-course lunch (including options of turkey and christmas pudding), with wine and crackers. This lunch is always our largest event of the year, this year attracting 76 attendees. Our customary Raffle was drawn, yielding £362 for the benefit of St Christopher's Hospice. By tradition, our Croydon Fellowship Christmas Lunch is held in January, to give us something to look forward to in the new year. The Golf Club kindly enter into the spirit of the occasion by keeping their decorations up for us.
